Handling complaints

Panorama Nordic aims to guarantee high product quality. We invest not only in modern equipment, but in highly qualified personnel as well.

However, if anything is not as it should be, we will do our best to solve any problems in a proper manner. If you have any issues with Panorama Nordic doors, please, contact us immediately.

First of all, please:

  1. Check if the fault is not a transport damage.
  2. Make sure the installation and maintenance are carried out correctly, and do not cause door failure. Installation and maintenance manuals may be found here.
  3. If you still believe that the defect is an original error after checking the points mentioned above, please contact us by filling out the claim form (linkas į formą). Please include pictures of the product and its parts.

Complaints must be made to Panorama Nordic within a reasonable time after the defect or damage is discovered. All claims have to be made in written form.
